On the side of HNUE, there were Vice President, Secretary of the Party Committee, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Head of Training Section- Dr. Tran Ba ​​Trinh, Deputy Head of Foreign Administration Section - Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Head of Faculty of Physics- Associate Professor Dr. Do Danh Bich, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Van Thuoc – Head of Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, and  Dr. Tran Khanh Van – Head of Department of Plant Physiology and Applications (Faculty of Biology) welcomed the delegation.

After the opening speech of two sides, Professor Jein-Shan Chen- Dean of College of Science gave an overview of NTNU.

For deeper information on NTNU’s education,  Prof. Dr. Hsiu-Lan Shelley Tien Dean of College of Education introduced more specifically the teaching and research situation of the School.

On behalf of HNUE Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh shared the HNUE's information to the delegation. Related questions from teachers of the Department of Physics and the Department of Life Sciences of NTNU were also answered by representatives of HNUE.

In the coming time, the two schools will promote activities on: Strengthening online seminars/workshops, Strengthening summer camp exchanges for students, Strengthening professional exchanges between tutors and reseachers to publish articles in the Journal. or exchange students/graduate students, hopefully.

Closing the meeting, Vice Present of HNUE, Assos. Prof. Nguyen Van Hien hopes that the two schools will soon outline detailed specific plans to strengthen the cooperation and exchange relationship of the two schools.
