• Factors affecting photosynthesis and crop yield in tissue culture conditions, a greenhouse and field.

• Biological soil and plant nutrition , sustainable farming and environmental protection .

• Application and transfer of new technology in improving crop varieties  and production.

• Phytoremediation of heavy metal polluted soil and water by using plants combined with organic fertilizers.
